P-Iburoen 725mg Tablets

P-Iburoen is the combination of two medicines Paracetamol 325 mg and Ibuprofen 400 mg which is used for pain relief and fever. Such combination is very effective for acute pain states including postoperative pain, dysmenorrhoea and musculoskeletal pain. It is also effective to treat painful menstrual periods, spondylitis, migraines, and rheumatoid arthritis. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever, pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). These two drugs have their own effects which are very effective. Paracetamol is recommended first line therapy in pain conditions by the World Health Organization. It is used for its antipyretic effects & helping to decrease fever. It helps in the treatment of mild to moderate pain and fever. Ibuprofen is non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug NSAID and non-selective COX inhibitor used to treat mild to moderate pain, fever and inflammation. It is very effective medicine due to widely use as an analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic. 

Usage:  P-Iburoen is the combination of Paracetamol & Ibuprofen drugs which is used for pain relief and fever. It is most recommended drugs in conditions like muscle pain, fever, mild migraine, arthritis, osteoarthritis, spondylitis, dental pain. Dosage may be depends upon patients health conditions and severity. It is recommended to follow doctor’s instruction about consumption of medicine. Mostly it should consume after 6 hours from earlier dose. Maximum 3000 mg of Paracetamol & 900 mg of Ibuprofen can consume for the whole day.

Yes, sometimes you may experience diarrhea, vomiting or nausea. Always have medicine with milk, food or antacid to avoid these effects. 

Is there any specific contradiction associated with the use of P-Iburoen?

It is advisable to those who are suffering from stomach ulcer/bleeding can start medicine after consulting to doctor. Patients who have history of heart failure, kidney disease or high blood pressure should consult to doctor before start medicine.
